



Overview
Forevermark is a diamond brand from De Beers Group, which has a vast history of diamond expertise spanning back more than 130 years. Every Forevermark inscribed diamond is completely natural, hand-selected and comes with a promise that it is beautiful, rare and responsibly sourced.
Unnecessary elements
During our analysis, we found that the content types (e.g. documents, news articles) being provided to the user may contain unnecessary elements such as (insert unnecessary elements here) which may not be noteworthy.
Inefficient workflow
Templates which serve the content on Sparkle weren’t updated for many years and may have created an inefficient workflow for uploading and updating content.
No access from mobile devices
Previous versions of the Sparkle intranet were designed with mobile in mind but were later deactivated and not updated till later years. With the increased usage of smartphones and tablets in everyday working life, users needed the ability to access the intranet away from desktop computers.
Goals & Objectives
Update the look and feel of the current Sparkle intranet with the new brand guidelines.
Simplify the content types (documents, news) by removing unnecessary features.
Streamline the workflow of uploading and updating content for users.
Develop a mobile version of Sparkle for users accessing through smartphones & tablets.
