Overview
The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist mental health trust with a focus on training and education alongside a full range of mental health services and psychological therapies for children and their families, young people and adults.
The Trust was looking for a new intranet platform with modern features to replace their previous one which was small and several years old, had limited functionality, no CMS and lacked many basic features, existing solely as an information repository.
Goals & Objectives
Provide access to relevant, accurate, up-to-date and well-presented information.
Provide an intuitive user experience for staff members.
The intranet will reflect the Trust’s brand identity.
Allow staff to access information and resources that are relevant to them both as employees of the Trust and relevant to their specific role.
‘Tell a story’ that represents the Trust’s mission and values and range of opportunities available for staff.
Encourage staff to collaborate and interact with each other, fostering a sense of community amongst Trust staff.
